$75 million is guaranteed between May 4 and 26 and for the first time Mystery Bounty tournaments are part of the schedule.
The schedule for the PokerStars Spring Championship of Online Poker (SCOOP) has been announced.
This year’s festival will take place between May 4 and 29.
In total there are 128 tournaments, each with a low, medium or high variant. $75 million is guaranteed across the series.
The Main Events start on May 26 and look like this:
- $109 Main Event Low ($2M Gtd)
- $1,000 Main Event Medium ($3.5M Gtd)
- $10,000 Main Event High ($5M Gtd)
This year is the first year that Mystery Bounty will be a format during SCOOP with 12 in total with guarantees as high as $500,000.
Silver and Gold Power Path Passes can be converted into SCOOP ticket bundles ahead of the series.
This is the 15th installment of SCOOP and it is one of the most popular festivals in online poker. It always has Low, Medium, and High versions of each event and lots of mixed games. For many, it is the warm-up to the World Series of Poker, especially the non-Hold’em specialists.
Last year SCOOP had $75 million guaranteed across 121 events. The high Main Event was won by Felipe “lipe piv” Boianovsky who took down $1,036,200. It was also the setting for Benny Glaser to win a remarkable nine COOP titles in one year, starting with three SCOOP titles.
