2025 Grosvenor Behemoth

The 2025 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) Grand Final is in full swing at the iconic and recently refurbished Grosvenor Victoria casino in the heart of London. The festival’s £2,000 buy-in, £500,000 guaranteed Main Event crowns its worthy champion on November 30. Exactly a week later, the final big Grosvenor event of 2025 commences: the Behemoth.

Grosvenor Poker launched the Behemoth in 2024, and it can be said that it was a resounding success. The £300 buy-in Behemoth attracted 1,347 players, who created a £336,210 prize pool, far larger than the advertised £250,000 guarantee. A similarly sized, if not larger, field is expected this time around.

Players can play two Behemoth Day 1s online at Grosvenor Poker at 7:00 p.m. GMT on December 7 and December 8. Progressing from these online Day 1s sees their stacks put into play on Day 2 on December 13 at the Grosvenor G Casino in Coventry.

Those preferring to play the Behemoth in a live setting from the start should head to the venue from noon on December 10, when Day 1C shuffles up and deals. The final flight, Day 1I Turbo, kicks off at 11:00 a.m. GMT on December 13.

A handful of satellites and side events complement the £250,000 guaranteed Behemoth, including the £1,000 High Roller, £400 Behemoth Cup, and the festival-ending £200 Behemoth Closer.

2024 Grosvenor Poker Behemoth Results

Cristinel Costin is the reigning £250,000 guaranteed Behemoth champion. Costin came out on top of a 1,347-strong field in December 2024 and banked a career-best £43,700. His prize would have been substantially larger had it not been for a three-handed deal.

The trio of deal makers raked in similar prizes: runner-up Gary Nordigian collected £42,260, with third-place finisher Dawid Chmiel scooping £48,450. All three cashes represented career-bests for the talented trio.
