A career defining victory for the GPI winner at the 20th anniversary of the European Poker Tour.
1,975 entries for the 20th Anniversary European Poker Tour Main Event, making it the 4th biggest EPT in poker history.
The title was eventually won by 2022 GPI leaderboard winner Stephen Song, after a heads-up deal with popular UK pro Andrew Hulme, which saw both men walk away with seven figures.
The two played on for €50,000 and the title, and eventually Song triumphed for €1,290,386.

This is a career-defining victory for Song who already has an impressive trophy cabinet, which includes a WSOP bracelet, multiple WSOP-C rings and a WPT Prime title.
“This stop is just amazing,” Song said after the win. “It’s been unreal. I’ve been a huge poker fanboy since I was a little kid. This is the pinnacle. I always said that winning an EPT would be the sickest one.”
Next up for the European Poker Tour is EPT Cyprus between October 9-20.
