A month after winning the WPT World Championship Scott Stewart takes his WSOP-C title count from six to eight.
It’s not uncommon for somebody to win a huge event and then go on a bit of a streak with their newfound confidence. That is what is happening right now with WPT World Champion Scott Stewart.
He has just won two WSOP-C rings at the Thunder Valley in California. He took down the $600 6-Max event for $16.980 last week and this week won the $400 Finale for $7,290.
In doing so he also took two of the best winner photos of the year and it’s only January (Take a bow Trevor Scott of 8183 Media).

The win takes his WSOP-C ring count up to eight making him a potential contender for that hotly contested record. These are his WSOP-C titles to date:
