A remarkable back-to-back performance by Marc Sen as he comes 2nd then 1st in the same event, one year on.
Earlier this year we had quite the story when the 2023 runner-up of the WSOP Ladies Championship went one better and won it this year. A very similar thing happened this week on the World Poker Tour.
Marc Sen has just taken down the WPT Prime Liechtenstein Championship for CHF 209,120, a year after coming 2nd in this very event.
What a run for Marc Sen! 🇱🇮🏆
After finishing runner-up in the 2023 @WPTPrime Liechtenstein Championship, Sen navigated this year’s 1,411 entry field @GrandcasinoLI to capture the title and CHF 209,120 ($248,056)!

What makes this very impressive is the field size. 1,411 entries this year for the event and there were 1,644 last year.
Not only does Sen take the coveted title, he also gets a seat in the WPT Championship event at the Wynn at the end of the year.
Next up for the World Poker Tour is the WPT Prime UK Championship which starts tomorrow at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham.
