David Coleman, Cherish Andrews and Han Feng take down the 2024 Player of the Year titles that will be honoured at the Global Poker Awards.

David Coleman is the 2024 Global Poker Index Player of the Year, narrowly beating Jesse Lonis at the end of last month.
While he was only 39th in the 2024 Money List with $5,222,877 in annual earnings, the GPI rankings weight towards field size rather than buy-in amount.
The year saw him win six titles outright across 26 final tables. Most of the wins came by virtue of PokerGO Tour events (although he is only currently 10th in the PGT Top 40).
Andrews almost does the double

For the second time, Cherish Andrews has won the GPI Female Player of the Year, once again beating her rival Kristen Foxen to the punch.
Andrews took down $829,863 in earnings in 2024 which included three outright titles.
She also came runner-up in the GPI Mid-Major title which was won by Han Feng. This was the title for tournaments with buy-ins under $2,500.
All three will be honoured at this year’s Global Poker Awards, which are likely to be announced very soon.
