No heads-up match needed for Andy Ni who won the 2nd Triton event in Montenegro three handed.
Andy Ni is a relative newcomer to poker and the Triton tour, but he will forever be known for the first double knockout to end an event.
He has just taken down the $25,000 event for $785,000 after defeating Nicolas Chouity and Chris Brewer in a three-way all-in for the title.
Chouity bagged second because he started the hand with more chips. There were 135 entries in total.
Ni’s victory was also notable because this week he had his first ever recorded Hendon Mob cashes. He came 22nd in the opening event for $42,900 and his second ever recorded cash is now a Triton title for six-figures.
The action continues in Montenegro with the $30,000 event which plays down to a winner today.
