The Asian Poker Tour (APT), in partnership with Natural8, is back in Taipei with what promises to be its most spectacular festival yet. The APT Taipei Poker Classic 2024, running from September 27 to October 7, is set to outshine all previous events.
Held across two premier venues—the CTP Asia Poker Arena (APA), Asia’s largest permanent poker room, and the Chinese Mahjong League (CML)—the event promises a world-class poker experience for players of all levels.
After the tour’s record-breaking success in Taipei earlier this year, the stakes have been raised even higher. The upcoming APT Taipei Poker Classic, which features 108 trophy events, is not just bigger—it’s better in every way.
The festival looks poised to set a new benchmark in the Asian poker scene and has set itself some lofty targets. A staggering TWD $150 million (~$4.6 million USD) is guaranteed across the 11-day poker fiesta.

But the Main Event is just the beginning. The APT Taipei Poker Classic 2024 offers a jam-packed schedule, ensuring that there’s something for everyone, whether you’re a veteran of the felt or just love the game.
The festival kicks off in style with the APT National Cup on September 27-28, featuring a TWD 10 million (~USD 311K) guarantee for just a TWD 10,000 (~USD 300) buy-in. Then there’s the Mystery Bounty Hunter tournament, sponsored by Natural8, where a TWD 15,000 (~USD 460) buy-in could lead to a share of the TWD 10 million (~USD 306K) guaranteed prize pool.
High rollers are in for a treat with events like the APT Super High Roller, offering TWD 11 million (~USD 337K) in guaranteed prizes, and the Superstar Challenge, with an eye-popping TWD 800,000 (~USD 24.5K) buy-in that promises to attract some of the biggest names in poker.
For those who enjoy variety, the festival’s lineup includes over 20 High Roller tournaments, Pot Limit Omaha, Short Deck, Crazy Pineapple, and even a 19-game Dealer’s Choice tournament.
